Made with paralegals in mind
Drop in the client file – Ready handles the chase
Bulk-upload PDFs and images in whatever order. Ready classifies them, extracts the useful information, catches what is missing, and prepares the exact client follow-up.
Paralegals can open and use their own workspace. The firm authorizes client-file handling; only an attorney reviewer can resolve legal-judgment items.

Case files are encrypted in private storage and sent to Google’s paid Gemini API only for the requested document work. Google does not use paid API content to improve its products. It may retain prompts, context, and responses for up to 55 days for abuse monitoring.
Permanent account deletion removes stored case files and account-linked data within eight days, except for a minimal record DocketBuddy must retain by law.
