What happens to the recording
The public converter sends the audio through DocketBuddy’s backend to Google’s paid Gemini API for this transcription. DocketBuddy holds it in memory and does not save the recording or transcript. Google does not use paid API content to train its general models, but may retain inputs and outputs for up to 55 days for abuse monitoring. Do not upload medical information or PHI; DocketBuddy does not currently offer a BAA.
