The intelligence is part of the product

We sell the outcome, not the recipe book

DocketBuddy does not publish its target logic, thresholds, or opportunity library. Each campaign is scoped privately to the firm, practice, jurisdiction, capacity, and available evidence.

That strategic layer is paired with governed research, attorney approval, personalized campaign production, intake, follow-up, and matter operations.

From thesis to closed matter

A complete client-acquisition operating system

This is a governed campaign, not a purchased list or one-time mail merge, and it can keep working after the first response arrives.

01

Develop the strategy

We assess your practice, territory, capacity, public-record landscape, and existing firm data to design a private campaign thesis.

02

Identify and verify

DocketBuddy builds a source-aware candidate population, applies the approved screen, removes duplicates, and creates an attorney review queue.

03

Prepare the campaign

We generate attorney-approved outreach, personalized QR destinations, branded intake, roadmaps, and campaign-level attribution.

04

Qualify and convert

Responses enter your DocketBuddy Prospects pipeline with intake context, follow-up state, and a clean path into engagement and case work.

05

Work and measure

The same record can continue through matter workflows while the firm sees response, qualification, engagement, and revenue attribution.

Everything around the send

Your firm approves the strategy, audience, and message before sending the outreach. DocketBuddy handles the research, personalization, response path, qualification, follow-up, and workflow around it.

What the firm receives

One package without broken handoffs

The exact campaign is private. The operating standard is not.

Private opportunity assessment

A scoped strategy for your practice, jurisdiction, capacity, and commercial goals.

Research and screening

Source-aware candidate research, deduplication, exclusions, confidence, and an attorney review queue.

Campaign kit

Personalized attorney-approved letters, QR destinations, audience files, and mail-merge-ready output.

Branded qualification

A firm-branded landing page, intentionally short intake, and a useful prospect roadmap.

Prospect operations

Automatic Prospect creation, attribution, follow-up state, consultation handoff, and engagement tracking.

Matter economics

A line of sight from campaign cohort to retained matter, work completed, invoicing, and collected revenue.

Premium territory option

Ask about jurisdiction exclusivity

When available, a firm may reserve a defined Opportunity Campaign lane for a specific practice, territory, and period. Exclusive terms are capacity-limited and priced to the scope and commitment.

Initial protection generally applies to a named historical cohort for a fixed launch window. Ongoing newly identified cases, renewal, and broader territory protection are scoped separately.

Every exclusive proposal defines:

  • Named practice and campaign lane
  • Specific jurisdiction and bounded cohort
  • Protected launch window and renewal date
  • Minimum mailing and campaign commitment
  • Future-refresh treatment
  • Conflicts, lapse conditions, and reservation rights

Availability is confirmed only in a signed proposal. DocketBuddy does not grant blanket geographic or practice-area exclusivity.

Scenario model

Use your economics, not ours

Enter the measured campaign population and your own illustrative gross fee per retained matter. The table shows what 1%, 3%, and 5% retained-client rates would mean.

Illustration only: “Retained” means a prospect actually engages the firm rather than scanning a QR code, starting an intake, or expressing interest. This is not a forecast, guarantee, or fee quote and excludes campaign costs, postage, firm labor, collection timing, and matter-specific economics.
Retained rateApprox. mattersIllustrative gross fees
1%5–6$42,000
3%16–17$126,000
5%28$210,000

DocketBuddy measures scans, intake starts, completed intakes, firm-recorded review-worthiness, consultations, retained matters, attributed revenue, and matter outcomes as separate funnel stages.

Private campaign assessment

Tell us where your firm wants to grow

We’ll assess the territory, data lanes, firm capacity, and strategic fit, then reply within one business day with the next useful step.

Strategy stays private: Specific opportunity logic is discussed only in a scoped firm conversation.

No privileged files here: We’ll provide a secure path if documents are needed later.

Capacity matters: We scope campaigns to what your firm can responsibly review and serve.

This request is transactional and does not enroll you in a marketing list.
